The video ‘ISIT (deep sea)’ is a video made from unused footage collected during the making of ‘The Tissue Equivalent’ at the Palais de Tokyo in 2018. Filmed at depth by a deep sea exploration company over the past four decades, the visuals accompany a reworked song made with Nelson Beer for the Paris exhibition. The video shares the same title as ‘ISIT’ (zero g)’ an animation made with Peter Joslyn set in a fictional version of the International Space Station and shown in the exhibition ‘Mircrogravities’ at Nicoletti in February 2023.
